I’m a technical and commercial leader specializing in fluid engineering, oil analysis, and reliability programs that turn data into action. I lead teams that sit at the intersection of engineering, sales, and operations—helping customers reduce risk, extend asset life, and make smarter maintenance decisions.Over the past several years, I’ve built and scaled fluid care and oil analysis programs that go beyond reporting results. By aligning laboratory insight, field support, and customer engagement, I’ve helped organizations move from reactive maintenance to proactive, reliability-driven strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.In addition to my industrial experience, I served as Vice President of Track Operations for a sanctioned oval dirt track, where I oversaw all track and pit operations. This role required real-time decision-making in high-risk environments, direct leadership of staff and volunteers, enforcement of safety and regulatory standards, and coordination with officials, drivers, and emergency services.
