A respected business leader once said to me,\"In the business world, there are two defined deliverables that will advance your career more than any others, building, and fixing. and they are kind of the same thing.\" Our world as we know it is in a constant state of transformation. Systems and processes that work today will become broken tomorrow. Sometimes, all that is needed is just a nip here or tuck there for a simple fix. Sometimes it’s a full time-sucking overhaul requiring new tools and new systems. Although, It can be somewhere in between too. In all cases, it comes down to one very intimidating word,\"Change\". In my professional career I have thrived on challenges, and I can think of few more worthy approaches than creating and managing that change, large or small, to the benefit of everyone involved with me. I\'ve made it my mission/purpose to analyze situations, identify needs, create & innovate solutions, and promote those solutions into process. You will find it’s been the common thread in my work experience, and has provided the most intimidating challenges, as well as the most satisfying results. That\'s the core of my experiences and my goals as simple as I can say it. I like to fix things, especially if broken. I want to solve problems and build new practices that are flexible, reasonable, and long-lasting. I significantly enjoy developing new, strong talent and fostering the growth of my team members – helping my company overall.
