   Manage three small communities within Beverly Hills totaling 82 units. Responsible for all aspects of the community, including: leasing, delinquency, marketing, resident notices, resident issues/concerns, and resident events. Monthly property walks with Director of Operations; Monthly one on one meetings with company COO and quarterly walks with the owner of all three properties. Responsible for ordering all maintenance parts and equipment, schedule all turnovers, work order follow up and management. Manage budgets for all three buildings; controlling all costs associated with running these buildings to insure staying within budget. Work with City of Beverly Hills on their rent stabilization program. Create and manage all vendor contracts. Responsible for all Capital projects. Manage maintenance team and all property staff. Work directly with all realtor brokers. Current systems used: Yardi, Elevate (Procure to Pay) and Entrada for resident screening and leases.
