Chad Dodd is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, product development, and technology innovation. Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Maverick Power, where he has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.In his role as CTO, Chad oversees all aspects of technology strategy and implementation, ensuring that Maverick Power remains at the forefront of innovation in the energy sector. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Maverick Power, where he led significant engineering projects and initiatives.Chad\'s extensive career includes leadership positions at Tier Power Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Engineering Product Development, and Enercon Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Applications Engineer/Product Development specialist. He has a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects, developing new products, and providing technical sales support and training.His previous roles also include Vice President of Product Support at BASELAYER and Director of Electrical Engineering at IO, where he was responsible for designing, engineering, and delivering data center infrastructure for major enterprises and government clients. Chad also served as a Regional Product Engineer at Intelligent Switchgear Organization, where he provided technical sales support and training for nearly a decade.Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University. He is highly skilled in switchgear, electrical engineering, and generator technology, and is dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation in all his endeavors.Chad is passionate about leading teams to achieve engineering excellence and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the energy and technology sectors.
