As Senior Vice President for Franklin Street Management Services, Chad Dewald oversees the operation and financial management of all assets while also leading business development efforts and client services. Mr. Dewald joined Franklin St. shortly after its inception in 2016 and is credited with being a major contributor to the creation, growth, and continued success of its Property Management Services. Mr. Dewald has supervised portfolios of more than multifamily units and over 6M SQFT of office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties. During his tenure at Franklin Street, he has overseen a variety of projects including rehabilitation, design, acquisition, repositioning, due diligence, and lease-ups. Active in the real estate community for 20+ years, Mr. Dewald has served on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Apartment Association and is a member of the Florida Apartment Association (FAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Mr. Dewald was named Franklin Street’s 2013 Management Corporate Employee of the Year for his leadership and outstanding service to the company.Mr. Dewald received his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification from The Institute of Real Estate Management. He graduated from Miami University in Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
