Born and raised in Orange County, California, Chad went on to graduate from UCLA, where he had the honor of playing baseball under legendary Coach Gary Adams, and garnered the title of Team Captain with the universities recognized Bruin’s baseball team. After UCLA, Chad spent seven years living in Costa Rica where he utilized his skill set to provide luxury vacation homes for world travelers looking to explore Costa Rica\'s incredible landscapes. During his time in the country, Chad began selling Real Estate and managing various properties throughout Costa Rica. Chad’s resume and knowledge of the area offered his clients a unique perspective, which led to his venture Costa Bello- a luxury vacation home agency, which provided international clientele with premier rental properties. Today, Chad Concolino sells Real Estate throughout Orange County and manages various properties within the area, but does not limit his clients to Laguna Beach. In his spare time, Chad lends his athletics background to serve as assistant baseball coach for Laguna Beach High School. The opportunity to utilize his knowledge and support young players in his community has led him to various philanthropic opportunities, including his greatest accomplishment in finishing a 50 mile ultra marathon (under 13 hours), helping to raise nearly for the Wounded Warrior Project.
