These facilities produce high- and low-pressure hoses for use in several major markets including automotive, agriculture and industrial fluid. Each site is a stand-alone profit center with individual P&L’s, Inventory Management and KPI’s. The sites produce products primarily used in the hydraulic hose industry. These sites combined consist of 850 employees and over $260 million in annual revenue. • Implemented Partners in Safety Program and Safety 24/7reducing OSHA recordable rate from 2.4 to 1.3 • Improved Empowerment and Engagement from 55% to 73% using HPT’s • Achieved Record Earnings of $55 million and 21% ROS • Developed a Budgetary Management Tracking Systems for each site • Develop a 3-5-year Manufacturing Strategy for Growth that align with Corporate Strategic Deployment goals • Managed Process Engineering teams that Developed New to World Manufacturing Technologies • Improved production KPI’s (wages/sales.8 bps year over year and UPLH (units per labor hour) by 10%, • Develop Capital Expenditure Plans for each site • Delivered Financial/Performance Turnarounds in Red Oak, IA and Manhattan KS.
