As the broker/owner of Homewaters Recreational Real Estate, my primary duty is to ensure that each of our agents and brokers is able to grow and sustain their individual real estate business under our umbrella. This includes consulting on marketing strategies, providing training and marketing materials, providing industry insight and information, handling difficult customer situations and helping each of them find success without sacrificing a rich, well balanced lifestyle. I\'m also tasked with recruiting new agents and brokers for areas we are not currently servicing. I manage our web and software development programs and work with our developers to ensure our firm, agents and brokers have the best tools available in the industry.
