Owning each function end-to-end, the role requires building efficient systems and processes across every function to create the leverage needed to operate at scale without increasing headcount proportionally.• Partner with the CEO, Board, and PE investors on strategic planning, capital structure, and growth scenarios. Own the financial models, projections, and board materials behind those decisions.• Implemented leading indicator reporting, revised QBR processes, and developed new pricing models for key accounts. Result: grew a core business unit by 471% over three years.• Overhauled every major repeatable workflow from month-end close and cash flow forecasting to payroll and invoicing, and everything in-between. Reduced manual effort to create capacity for higher-value work across the organization.• Built and refined internal reporting to surface what\'s actually driving the numbers, not just report them.
