Starting on the call center floor, I worked my way up through roles in coaching, operations, and site management — ultimately overseeing large-scale teams and multi-logo programs for Teleperformance USA in both service and sales.I’ve led teams as small as 50 and scaled them to over 400+, consistently ranking as a top-performing site across client programs — earning multiple Blue Diamond awards along the way. Whether it was launching a new sales campaign, turning around a struggling insurance account, or transitioning an entire operation to a remote model during the pandemic, I’ve leaned on data, strategy, and people-focused leadership to make it happen.Now, as a Project Manager at Capstone Nutrition, I’ve brought that same drive and strategic mindset into the world of nutritional supplement manufacturing. I manage cross-functional product launches, coordinate with production, packaging, quality, and procurement teams, and act as the key liaison between Capstone and our brand partners.
