About Chad B.

I am a detail oriented and analytical minded person, with strong interpersonal and soft skills. I am quality driven with a constant aspiration for process improvements within my personal and professional life. I am currently studying and preparing to take my PMP examination. As a Sourcing/Procurement Analyst for NEOTech, I have helped improve and streamline many of our quoting processes. I have taken on several responsibilities that has boosted the efficiency of the overall company by saving several work hours across all of our US/Mexico sites. I manage several projects simultaneously which has been successful due to my strong organization skills. I communicate directly with both our sales team and several functional groups at each of our sites, with occasional communication with our customers. During meetings I can keep the tone and mood of the conversations at a professional level while assisting all participants to come to a mutually agreeable outcome. While not at work, I try to live an active lifestyle. I thoroughly enjoy outdoors activities, as well as gaming, research on various topics, and moderating for several different Discord communities.

   At NEOTech, I started in October of 2016 working in the stockroom, building kits to be ready for production. This demanded organization, quality, and speed as the production lines would go down if product wasn\'t pulled and ready to go. I migrated from the stockroom to the Corporate Procurement Analyst position in August of 2017 to better utilize my particular skillset. Within this role I manage several projects simultaneously, analyze several thousand line spreadsheets and documentation daily, and must have strong communication and mediation skills to assist salespeople, customers, and site functional groups to find the best possible outcomes. I have had to become creative in my role to try to make our quotes appealing to customers in this unbalanced marketing situation for semiconductors and several other electronic and custom built commodities.
