At Jacobs I lead and/or assist in the planning, execution, and support of various Aviation and Transit Operational Readiness, Activation, and Transition (ORAT) programs for our clients, ensuring the success of Day 1 live operations. This is accomplished by developing stakeholder engagement and Operational Readiness plans, coordinating Familiarization, Induction and Training programs, assisting with ORAT schedule development, and ensuring stakeholder engagement through strategic relationship management. The role further requires the use effective project management using reporting tools like SharePoint, Risk Registers, MS Power BI, CitiriOS, and presenting regular updates on ORAT activities to Sr. Leadership Teams. Additionally, I review project schedules, testing and close out plans to develop detailed turnover plans, attend project meetings, managing workflow processes, and assisting with project closeouts and transition to service.
