Since 2023 I have continued to drive outcome improvements in end-to-end onboarding while launching new technology products such as the Service Opportunity Portal. I recently took over management of the Predictive Scheduler, an AI tool that drives the optimization of the clinical workforce; I also launched the Break Compliance Automation tool in Providence\'s Oregon hospitals for bedded nursing, emergency departments, and surgical services.
