Prior to Shearer\'s he served as President of North America of The Hain Celestial Group (Nasdaq: HAIN), a $1.7 billion global health and wellness company with brands including Garden Veggie Snacks™, Terra® chips, Earth\'s Best® and Ella\'s Kitchen® baby foods, Celestial Seasonings® teas, and Greek Gods® yogurt.Previously, Chad led the commercial organization as the CCO for the Americas at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a $1.2 billion leader in sports nutrition and healthy lifestyle brands including Optimum Nutrition®, SlimFast®, Isopure®, BSN®, Think!® and Amazing Grass®. Integrating the organization into a new go to market model that unlocked growth and market expansion across the Americas region. Prior to joining Glanbia he spent time with Reckitt where he led the integration of the $16.7B commercial integration of Mead Johnson for the North America and Europe. He began his career with Unilever in leadership roles across sales and marketing. Recognized for building high-performance teams and driving transformation, cultivating cultures of accountability, agility, and innovation, delivering profitable growth across the US, Canada, Mexico and LATAM. He additionally is a member on advisory boards and industry groups.
