ABOUT CHABERT GUILLAUME
A senior government official with more than 25 years\' experience in finance, management and technical expertise, I have accumulated over my career a diversity of positions both in France and abroad. My initial academic background is science and engineering (I am a graduate of the leading French engineering school Ecole Centrale de Paris, with a specialization in fundamental physics), before I turned to public management (I am also a graduate of Paris Institute of Political Sciences and of the French Senior Civil Service School ENA). My areas of expertise as well as of personal interest are linked to the conception and implementation of collective public or public-related projects. I had the opportunity to work over the last 2 decades both on very concrete and very localized projects as well as on large, international and global issues. Connecting the different angles and challenges of a complex project, and resolving difficulties to make such projects become a reality, is for me a very inspiring source of motivation.
