Collaborate with team of six interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and maintain integrated systems of data collection, reporting and analysis while supporting program evaluation and identifying strategies, services and resources needed.• Lead research on health care utilization, infectious disease surveillance, and program effectiveness for community health projects.• Design and develop maternal health prevention programs to increase the knowledge and ability to detect postpartum depression and other maternal health issues. • Conduct virtual training courses to educate community health professional on the use of various postpartum depression screening tools such as Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale. • Cultivate international anti-bullying prevention programs for school-aged adolescents in Ghana to reduce the risk of adverse outcomes such as suicide and other mental health conditions. • Implement strategies addressing social determinants of health to improve public health capabilities.
