Curious human dedicated to driving systems change and fostering community impact. At A Red Circle, I implemented data-driven strategies to inform organizational development and managed grants to support community initiatives. As a Coro Fellow, through a lens of social and racial equity, I collaborated across sectors to produce impactful reports to different organizations as well as conducted over 100 informational interviews along with my cohort of nine other fellows.With a Bachelor\'s in Sociology/Anthropology and Race and Ethnic Studies from St. Olaf College, I\'ve conducted research on social inequalities, presenting findings at conferences. Committed to mentorship, I\'ve served as a TRIO Mentor and worked in childcare settings, prioritizing community engagement and empowerment.
