I love taking complex corporate processes, finding their inefficiencies, and streamlining them. In any work I do, I always start by asking myself “How can this be improved to make my clients’, colleagues’ and my own life easier?” By focusing on this question, I’ve developed my own approach to business development where I concentrate on offering an efficient and seamless experience to my clients and partners. My goal is to make it as easy as possible to work with and do business with me.• I thrive in ambiguity and challenging environments. In my current role, I sell cash management services offered by a fintech company that was acquired by RBC. Working with a fintech company under the umbrella of a large corporate entity presents a wide array of challenges. The normal rules and ways of doing business don’t always apply- being adaptable and agile is a must. Finding creative ways to solve problems via partnering, strong communication, and building trust is what I do best and is what has allowed me to be the top salesperson in the country in this unique space.• I’m competitive and passionate. Whether at work or in my personal life, I love overcoming challenges and reaching my full potential. Athletics is a big part of my life. When not at work, you can usually find me on the golf course or playing competitive ball hockey.
