ABOUT CLIO GRESSANI

I joined the faculty at SDA Bocconi School of Management bringing my extensive international experience in the not-for-profit, private, and consulting sectors. I lead on Business Ethics and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) courses and seminars. My research focuses on the social component of Sustainability, encompassing the impacts companies have on employees, communities, and society. My belief that passion is contagious has enabled me to lead high-performing teams, negotiate impactful partnerships, and successfully influence key stakeholders. My results-oriented approach, coupled with a collaborative mindset, forward-thinking outlook, and commitment to continuous improvement, has consistently propelled me to exceed targets throughout my career.Through my work for a disaster relief organisation, I have seen first-hand the devastating impacts of the growth of populations combined with poverty and increasing extreme weather events. This is why I feel passionate about my work in the sustainability space to contribute to build a socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable economic growth.In SLR consulting, I won and delivered DEI projects, double materiality assessments, social impact strategies, community investment measurement, ratings and reporting for the best brands around the world. In my \"fundraising life\" have been lucky enough to build corporate-charity partnerships with amazing companies such as AirBnb, L\'Oréal, JLL, Pfizer, and eBay - supporting them with their CSR and ESG ambitions, measurement, and reporting.
