I am responsible for the growth and utilization of our online learning by both curating targeted learning campaigns and developing campaign strategy impacting roughly team members. I lead internal communications for our Leadership Development team and closely partner with our enterprise communication team- Implement internal marketing campaigns to highlight learning opportunities, using success stories and innovative methods to boost engagement and participation- Work closely with the corporate marketing, communication department, and Leadership Development team to ensure our marketing strategies align with company objectives and culture- Stay updated with evolving corporate communication channels, and experiment with new content forms, technologies, and processes to maintain interest in learning campaigns and ensure brand consistency- Apply data-driven marketing techniques to assess effectiveness, track program metrics, and refine strategies as needed, while also promoting internal events that spotlight learning opportunities- Partner with Learning Professionals to curate online learning content with a focus on leadership development- Oversee vendor relationships, from procuring learning components to monitoring content use and facilitating new vendor integration into our LMS- Manage content review and approval processes, including evaluation of ready-made learning content and coordination of internal expert reviews.
