About Gracie Orr

I enjoy looking at how a business works, how a process flows, and how teams and systems work together. When things are out of alignment, it can cause more and more stress to the overall company, impacting not just process, but people. How can you pick something apart to find the areas that need improving, whilst also pushing it forward without breaking your team? This is one of my favorite questions. I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Corporate Communications, aka how do people in business work together. I started learning the ins and outs of business functionally at a venture capitalist firm, and then dove head first into a tech start up within Dallas, Modern Message. I was able to lock in and learn from those around me, in turn working with a key account that grew into the largest client at the company. I provided long term solutions to help support the tech & client, before the tech could get there. I learned so much from those around me, applying it to every item I could. Finally, I left to embark on a new path, within a new industry, where the same question came up: How can we improve, quickly, while maintaining what we have, but not causing the team to burn out. It’s a tough question, but one I will forever try to provide solutions for. If you’re looking to morph and strategically grow and learn, please reach out!
