Carol Glazer is President of the National Organization on Disability (NOD). Glazer joined NOD in July 2006 as the Executive Director of its National EmployAbility Partnership. She became NOD’s President in October, 2008.Carol is responsible for building partnerships with leading corporations, the government, foundations, and allied disability organizations to increase the participation of Americans with disabilities in the nation’s workforce.Under her leadership, NOD has put in place a number of significant initiatives to promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Among them are the employment demonstration programs Wounded Warrior Careers and Bridges to Business.
