I am a collaborative team player with quality experience of working with and managing diverse team. I am Presently working as lead role in IC engine design group at Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles. Witnessed 3 full fledged engine design and development with end to end responsibilities from concept to production. Collaborated with 3 different manufacturing locations and 2 different business units.Technology-focused individual with extensive experience of working on Gasoline and alternate fuels (CNG and Flex Fuel), cooling system, intake system and exhaust after treatment system. I love working with engines and vehicles. Having a good functional knowledge of Engine systems and aggregates. I also bring to the table an in-depth understanding of new product development process in automotive industry, cost engineering and program management.I am a learner and an explorer valuing new experiences that helps me shape up both personally and professionally.
