As President and CEO at SOFIAC, I am driven by a clear mission: to accelerate Canada’s energy transition and build a stronger, more resilient green economy. Over my career, I’ve had the privilege of holding senior leadership roles with organizations such as Hydro-Québec, CGI, COFOMO, the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, and now SOFIAC. These experiences have allowed me to lead impactful initiatives with a focus on delivering long-term results. With a background in management, business development, and structuring complex transactions and partnerships—including mergers and acquisitions—I bring a strategic and results-oriented mindset to everything I do, enabling me to lead organizations through meaningful change. I pride myself on being a visionary leader who anticipates industry trends and empowers teams to innovate. I encourage creativity, autonomy, and calculated risk-taking, fostering an environment where my employees can thrive. My approach to leadership is built on integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to collaboration. In my role as Director and Chair of the Board at Protégez-Vous, I develop strategic partnerships, while promoting a long-term vision and a positive impact on the communities we serve.
