Leads and coaches a cohesive team of 6 counselors who support over 1,500 students in navigating the college process from freshman year of high school through college graduation Sets college & career vision and long-term plan for our 9th-12th grade high school, which includes pre-college programming, family workshops, college readiness lessons, and counseling outputs Tracks progress toward our college application, FAFSA completion, award letter collection, and other college related goals, and utilizes this data to inform school-wide counseling team decisions Oversees a counseling team budget of Granted over in scholarship funds for our students after submitting a scholarship proposal to donors
