I’m a technology leader with 25 years of experience building software, scaling global engineering organizations, and leading companies through cloud, platform, and AI transformations. I’ve spent my career at the intersection of building software and developing teams. I have evolved from a hands-on engineer and architect to executive roles while remaining closely connected to the code, the customer, and the craft. Across North America, Europe, and Asia, I’ve led distributed teams in industries from travel and hospitality to B2C marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and large-scale cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, where I helped scale global engineering teams and platforms serving millions of customers. Along the way, I’ve helped build and grow platforms and marketplaces that connect suppliers, partners, and customers globally.My strength is full-spectrum leadership: moving fluidly between technical depth and long-range strategy, and connecting architecture, execution, and organizational design. I’ve modernized legacy platforms, guided multi-cloud migrations, strengthened reliability and operational excellence, and integrated AI and automation, including agentic AI and applied machine learning, into core business workflows and customer-facing products. I am comfortable navigating a wide range of business models, verticals, and customer types across both B2C and B2B environments, and I’m known for building healthy, high-performing cultures grounded in trust, clarity, and transparent communication, where teams move quickly without compromising quality, security, or customer impact.The through line of my career is simple: build systems that scale, and make teams that thrive.
