Responsible for conducting collaborative ideation sessions using Mural or traditional whiteboards and translating those sessions into tangible usability and design solutions. Artifacts include low-fidelity sketches, card sorts, user journeys, creative matrixes, rose, bud, thorn murals, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, interaction models, and clickable prototypes. Also responsible for creation and maintenance of DealerTrack Design Library which is comprised of reusable front-end UI components, patterns, interactions, and branding guidelines.
