I am currently transitioning into a clinic role, assisting with animal handling/restraint, SQ injections, and clinic sanitation. As a CSR, I help set the tone by greeting clients and directing correspondence. I handle phone calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, recommending products/services, and managing medical records, charts, and correspondence. I periodically shadow the doctors in surgical and dentalprocedures as well.
