About Christi Porter
Christi has over 25 years of Project and Talent Management expertise with over 12 years government contract industry experience. She holds a B.S. in Counseling and Human Services from Old Dominion University, her Professional Project Management certification from PMI, is a certified talent scrum master through Agile People Ops, and a certified Arbinger facilitator. Christi held several key positions throughout her career including Talent Acquisition SR. Director, acting HR Director, and Deputy Director of Client Services/Senior Program Manager for DHHS and NASA clients. She provided strategic leadership to approximately 140 employees in the DC Metro area, Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX and was responsible for the planning and implementation of delivery services and contractor performance for over 500 nationwide employees. Christi serves on the Lincoln Community League board, volunteers on several community event committees, and volunteers at her children\'s schools. Today, Christi proudly leads the Dev Technology Group\'s Talent Acquisition goals, and she is always looking for passionate talented professionals to bring onboard for Dev Technology, which has been named by The Washington Post as one of its Top Workplaces nine years in a row and Top Workplaces USA for a consecutive three years.
