Finally, each arriving shipment is personally approved by our own staff, giving it an added assurance of quality. Fair Trade practices: Our teas are grown in an earth friendly manner, with a strong emphasis on treating our plantation workers fairly. We are concerned about the welfare of all our plantation workers, and they are treated with dignity and respect. Our employees are rewarded with fair renumeration, and a percentage of the profits are used to extend financial and material support to educate the children of these workers as well. The New Era Children\'s Fund is the charitable arm through which this assistance is distributed. These children are our pride and joy!
