At Qii78, I work on the world’s first recycling rewards app, designed to bridge consumer and brand engagement while tackling the $441 billion packaging waste issue. There is no system in place for consumer product brands to track who is consuming and recycling their products.Qii78 is the first app in the world that rewards consumers for recycling the products they use. Qii78 is a fully automated, user-centric, brand and consumer engagement channel, powered by the proprietary technology of Qii78\'s SaaS platform.Utilizing a robust tech stack that includes Node.js, TypeScript, React Native, NestJS, Next.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Python. I created a fully automated, user-centric platform. Key responsibilities include:• Developing responsive, secure, and scalable applications that allow users to earn rewards for recycling through seamless front-end and back-end integration.• Building and optimizing APIs to support efficient data flow between the app’s client and server.• Collaborating with a dynamic team of developers to create a smooth and intuitive user experience across mobile and web platforms.• Ensuring robust data handling and storage using AWS and PostgreSQL to power a global SaaS platform.• Innovating with QR code technology to enable seamless tracking and authentication of recycled products. This includes generating dynamic QR codes for products, places, and rewards, implementing secure validation mechanisms, and integrating scanning solutions to ensure accurate recycling data.• Developing the Qii code in Python to replace the QR codes essentially.• Writing documentation at every level to ensure other developers can pick up and continue programming.This role reinforces my full-stack Typescript expertise and my commitment to creating impactful, sustainable technology solutions as a tech leader.
