In forte collaborazione col Presidente porto avanti il dialogo con il Ministero del Lavoro per sensibilizzare sull’utilizzo del servizio di Outplacement per potenziare le politiche attive pubbliche sulle imprese in crisi. Credo nella collaborazione e sinergia del sistema pubblico con quello privato, dove le agenzie per il lavoro e le società di Outplacement specializzate, con la loro esperienza decennale nel supporto alla ricollocazione professionale, possono accelerare il rientro dei disoccupati nel mercato del lavoro e nel sistema contributivo dello StatoHo guidato l’Associazione dal 2014 al 2019 con l’obiettivo di diffondere la cultura sul servizio dell’outplacement in Italia. In occasione dell’ultima riforma del mercato del lavoro (Jobs Act), ho collaborato nel 2016 con il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali sulla nuova normativa a sostegno della cooperazione tra servizi pubblici e società private, nell’intento comune di supportare le persone nel ritrovare una nuova occupazione.Sono poi stata Consigliere con focalizzazione sui rapporti istituzionali.
