With 20+ years in the events and venue industries, I take a very hands-on approach to business development, programming, operations, event delivery and venue management. I specialise in inclusive, high-impact events across civic, cultural, and commercial sectors, collaborating with public, private, and community partners.I\'m the founder/director of four integrated companies delivering end-to-end live event solutions—from concept to production, staffing, logistics, and venue management:• Inhouse Event Productions (2020–Present) – Full-service technical production and logistics for events, festivals, and exhibitions—rigging, AV, crew, and site builds.• Inhouse Event Solutions CIC (2017–Present) – Not-for-profit arm focused on inclusive, community-driven programming that fosters cultural participation and local engagement.• Inhouse Venues Ltd (2017–Present) – Management of distinctive event spaces across Glasgow, tailored for cultural, civic, commercial, and private use.• Inhouse Stewards Ltd (2007–Present) – Established services Door Supervisors, event security, safety staffing, and crowd management. Also delivering soft FM services incl. cleaning and guarding. Queen’s Park Arena (2016–Present) – Open-air amphitheatre in Southside Glasgow. I lead annual curation and delivery of 200+ seasonal events incl. music, film, comedy, family programming, and workshops—praised for accessibility and grassroots impact. The Savings Bank (2016–Present) – Restored Victorian bank turned private venue. Hosts weddings, gigs, brand activations, and civic receptions—renowned for its atmosphere and versatility. 1873 Hall @ The Briggait (2015–2025) – Striking open-plan venue in a former 19th-century fish market. Ideal for exhibitions, festivals, and cultural gatherings. Managed by Inhouse CIC.Key Projects:• COP26 Glasgow (2021) – Led Production, site management, event management and delivery of The Landing Hub & Sustainable Glasgow Landing—two community-led venues that received national recognition for accessible climate-focused content.• Banksy: Cut & Run, GoMA (2023) – Inhouse Stewards provided full security, while Inhouse Event Productions delivered crew, logistics, and production. The exhibition drew visitors and global press.• Queen’s Park Arena (2016–Present) – Developed one of Glasgow’s most inclusive community programmes. Featured regularly in press and listings as a standout seasonal cultural destination. Grown every year into now a 32 day, 100+ Event festival spanning professional and community events.
