ABOUT CESAR VARELA
I have over seveneen years of experience in the insurance industry, where I have developed and honed my skills in sales, management, customer service, and risk assessment. I am passionate about helping independent agents grow their business and providing them with the best products and solutions for their clients.In addition to my role at Liberty Mutual/Safeco, I am also the Vice President of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) Phoenix Chapter, where I lead and support the professional development and advancement of African American\'s and other professionals of color. I am also the commerce co-chair of the Amigos Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Liberty Mutual, where I advocated for and promoted the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) of Hispanic/Latino employees and allies. I am fluent in Spanish and English and have a Master\'s degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Justice Studies from Northern Arizona University. I am a proud father of 4 kiddos.
