Hola, soy Cesar! I’m a first-generation college student passionate about law, public service, and creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels empowered. I’m currently pursuing a B.A. in International Political Economy with a minor in Spanish at Pitzer College, and I am honored to be a Trustee Scholar for my academic excellence and leadership.My professional experience spans legal, advocacy, and mentoring roles. As a District Attorney Intern with the Marin County District Attorney’s Office, I drafted legal memoranda and assisted in preparing oppositions to Penal Code § 995 and § 17(b) motions, supporting the prosecution in felony and misdemeanor cases. As an ICCAP 2025 Advocate, I represented students from over 80 independent California colleges, advancing student interests and policy change at the state level.On campus, I serve as Judicial Council Representative and Third-Year Representative for the Class of 2027 in the Latinx Student Union, and work as a Residence Life Office Assistant and Spanish Language Assistant. These roles allow me to foster inclusive spaces, mentor first-generation and Latinx students, and strengthen Pitzer’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, I bring strong analytical thinking, time management, and collaborative problem-solving to every project.
