ABOUT CÉSAR H.

Passionate about automotive innovation, I am an Automotive Engineer with over 20 years of experience in vehicle R&D and production validations, specializing in vehicle NVH engineering through integrated tests and simulations for product development.I have extensive experience in vehicle evaluations and customer driving experiences across North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. With over a decade as an OEM core team member, I evaluated original and prototype vehicles, tracked customer feedback, and managed manufacturing launch issue validations and supplier quality adjustments in remote production sites.I led NVH strategies in DVP & Rs for B and C vehicle platforms, validated budget designs for market-specific quality goals, and collaborated on global to local production capabilities. I oversaw OkToLaunch efforts across pilot plants and production sites worldwide. My focus is on problem-solving for new and existing issues, managing ICA & PCA timings, and developing strategies to improve vehicle development, launch quality, and production.Currently, I am developing methodologies to enhance the synergy between cars and tires, focusing on deep research with leading universities. This involves test and simulation procedures for Road NVH in next-generation BEV-Hybrid tires, in line with the Bridgestone E8 Commitment.I aim to advance NVH virtualization, creating virtual vehicle models characterized by production vehicles and CAE prototypes using virtual tire models. I work on innovations in modeling and drive simulation techniques, emphasizing the importance of subjective drive experience.
