Overall responsibility for enabling Alphabet to offer required products and services for Electric Vehicles in the Italian market.Steering and managing a salesteam enabling the local market to offer defined products & services for Electric Vehicles.Acting as the local representative of eFleet, ensuring market screening and local adaptation of the strategic product target picture (defined at headquarter level), including technical description, risk, audit and legal assessment.Analysis of central market research locally.Reporting the project progress to the local management.Designing and executing local market workshops with relevant local process partner (e.g. from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Operations).Assessment and selection of external process partners, monitoring and steering the implementation in close alignment with the local management.Preparation and implementation of pilot projects and technical testing, establishment (and continuous updating) of local business case.Ensure the establishment of the strategic product target picture locally.Ensure compliance of local products & services with BMW Group standards as well as local laws.Report project progress to CEO.
