WHY DO I DO THIS?Because after working with thousands of leaders, all across the world, I\'ve noticed that the best and most influential leaders are usually also the best communicators & storytellers. That’s why I‘ve dedicated most of my professional career to studying and learning human behavior & motivation (BS in Psychology & MS in Organizational Psychology), as well as the science and art of communication & persuasion (MA in Professional Communication).HOW DO I DO THIS? By teaching key principles & skills that help leaders communicate with more influence & persuasion. I also teach them my proven four step strategic storytelling method (COSA). It’s a powerful framework that I’ve taught to leaders & professionals from some of the top companies in the world (e.g. PepsiCo, MasterCard, MetLife, Santander, Abbott, Kia, etc.)After more than 10 years of working as a coach & consultant in leadership development, I’m convinced that we can all become better leaders, if we become better communicators & storytellers.
