ABOUT CÉSAR H.

Young and passionate about Technology, my studies in Computer & Communication Engineering at Notre Dame University allowed me to get exposed to many forms of engineering domains across the fields of Computer Networking & Security.Following my academic journey, I embarked on a rewarding professional experience at SNS, a leading consultancy, and software implementation company specializing in supply chain innovation and digitalization. There, I had the opportunity to apply my acquired knowledge to real work experiences, learn from talented colleagues, and refine my technical and communication skills.My journey continued as I pursued and successfully obtained my master\'s degree in Computer Engineering at EPITA: School of Engineering and Computer Science, with a specialization in Global IT Management. This specialization allowed me to combine my technical skills with managerial expertise, enhancing my ability to bridge the gap between technology and Management.Building on my academic foundation and my experiences at SNS, I transitioned into the role of Digital Transformation Project Manager at Albys, where I analyze departmental operations, organize meetings with various teams (sales, accounting, and administration) to identify and document overall project requirements, prepare and monitor schedules and budgets, communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, set up and maintain quality reporting on project progress, and lead steering committees to ensure project success.I remain deeply committed to the dynamic world of technology and look forward to continuing to contribute my skills and insights to drive innovation and tackle challenging projects.
