I\'m a leader/mentor in Configuration Management (CM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with 35+ years’ of experience in various roles including CM Manager, CM Lead, CM Analyst, project/staff engineer, IPT (Integrated Product Team) Lead, Production lead, Engineering Checker, Mechanical Design Lead, and Material Review Board Engineer. I\'m now focused on continuously improving the use and logistics of engineering and product configuration data to support better, faster decision-making for world-class product design and execution. I champion the consistent creation and interpretation of configuration data by all stakeholders across the entire product lifecycle to deliver industry-leading products above expectations.I’ve mentored and collaborated with all engineering and operations staff in the effective use of CM, PLM and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and processes.
