I have been working in the semiconductor industry for over 12 years and currently hold the position of Mechanical Quality Engineering Manager at Teradyne, a leading supplier of automation equipment for test and industrial applications. As the head of a front-end quality engineering group, my primary objective is to work closely with the design team to enhance quality and efficiency, with the aim of reducing re-spins and design errors. In order to achieve this, I develop effective strategies to meet demanding program timelines, manage resources and schedules, and mitigate risks.
