Injury Video Review Technician @National Football League (NFL)

Injury Video Review Technician will be ensure that the video feed to the Injury Video Review System (“IVRS”) from the broadcasting network is functional on game day and will support the ATC Spotter and team medical personnel as it relates to reviewing injury video. He or she will be responsible for IVRS operation, including tagging plays and replays at the direction of the ATC Spotter. He or she will operate the video for team medical staff when they need to review video of a potential injury. One Injury Video Review Technician will sit in the Injury Video Review Booth with the ATC Spotters. •Administrative troubleshooting and maintenance•Strong knowledge of all peripheral connectivity•Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems•Must be able to understand and troubleshoot many video and audio components.•Troubleshooting and configuring video encoders•Troubleshooting and connecting Fiber cables•Troubleshooting video switchers, transceivers and converters•Audio equipment (XLR cables, headsets and power packs)•Audio and video path troubleshooting and testing•Support, distribute and maintain two‐way radios for both team’s medical personnel and independent medical personnel•Must have excellent communication and people skills to interact with medical staff, broadcast engineers and Information Technology staff.•Must be able to work in high‐pressure situations.•Must commit to working all home games (preseason, regular season and postseason).•Must be able to operate the Injury Video Review System.•Must be able to recognize and record player injuries.•Must be able to setup and breakdown equipment at each game. This may require some heavy lifting (likely with some assistance), and also requires some electrical, audio, and video cabling.•Must be able to troubleshoot issues on non‐game days in some circumstances.
