   The main goal on this roll is to lead problem-solving teams to manage and facilitate root cause investigation and issues resolution, through the implementation and monitoring of effective corrective and preventive actions; to support the development of DFMEAs and develop PFMEAs, as well as working with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to determine product specifications and tolerances.Achievements- Led a chassis supplier to implement additional inspections and process improvements to reduce 85% of misbuild cases- Led the team for “part interlocking” project for Chassis components, with 90% increase on the amount of parts scanned for traceability and as pokayoke on the assembly lines- Led the cross functional team to reduce the TPMS system issues (initial FTQ 68%). 7 different causes were identified, where 5 causes have been addressed and the FTQ improved to 94%- Currently leading 1MIS warranty reduction, working on the top issues for 2 different models with limited experience on closures and thermal/HVAC systems. o Actions taken as containment and countermeasure includes: implementing process jig controls, new calibration strategies, creating/validating new inspection methods. o The result of these actions is a repair rate reduction of almost 20% compared with the same time period on the last quarter.
