I am an executive with a track record of execution in fast-changing environments. Extensive operational and finance experience deploying business strategy with a deep understanding of critical business levers.As a chief financial officer, I am responsible for finance organization, including commercial and operational finance support, treasury activities, tax planning, credit and risk, accounting and reporting, internal audit, and investor relations.In my most recent role, I was CFO of Electrolux Nort America, responsible for the company’s business transformation: we introduced a new range of products, built 2 greenfield manufacturing sites with over 1M Sq ft, closed 3 manufacturing sites, and reignited the Electrolux and Frigidaire brands\' relevance in NA appliance marketplace. Implemented SAP ERP improving order to cash processes, AR applications High radius, driving automation and quality of receivables, transition the finance organization from people-based to process-based, leveraging centers of excellence while fostering a collaborative and effective culture.Prior to Electrolux, I was with GE Appliances, where I had an aggressive career development to finance executive and leadership role, I held 8 different financial leadership roles in a 12-year span; including Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, and FP & A.On the way to work every day, I say to myself \"today is a good day for a good day\" You have to start every day feeling like that is the day you’re going to make progress. On the way home, I reflect on my day and think about what went well, and what I could have done better.
