Passionate about helping newcomers thrive, I bring over a decade of experience in settlement services, human rights, and community development—bridging cultures and fostering inclusion across Toronto’s diverse communities.Currently serving as Assistant Manager, Programs & Services (SWIS) at CultureLink, I lead a dedicated team of Settlement Workers in Schools supporting immigrant and refugee families as they adapt to the education system and Canadian life. My leadership combines strategic planning, staff development, and program innovation to ensure high-impact service delivery.Previously, I worked with TNO – The Neighbourhood Organization and the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), coordinating newcomer programs, youth engagement initiatives, and community partnerships that strengthen belonging and empower families.
