ABOUT CESAR M. FLORES
I’m a hospice executive leader who, throughout my career, I’ve combined hands-on hospice experience as an MSW with operational and growth leadership. I’ve partnered closely with hospice marketing teams and spent time in the field building referral relationships, supporting education with hospitals and facilities, and working through real-world barriers from referral to admission sustainable, compliant census growth across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona. In parallel, I’ve led workflow standardization to strengthen compliance and accountability, supported Joint Commission readiness and corrective action efforts, guided teams through mergers and acquisitions, and built strong interdisciplinary teams grounded in trust, culture, and quality end-of-life care.Earlier in my career, I served as a United States Marine with 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, where I developed a leadership foundation rooted in adaptability and performance under pressure; values that continue to inform my approach to healthcare leadership.I\'m open to conversations with hospice and healthcare leaders regarding executive, operational, or growth-focused opportunities.
