Assists with the entire credentialing process, meeting deadlines on the completion of a physician’sapplication to the medical staff, securing of temporary or Provisional privileges for providers as necessaryin compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and all related policies, the Joint Commission credentialingstandards and appropriate licensing board requirements.• Intial contact made to Medical Providers via phone, text and email. Prep hospital applications,delineation forms, upload submit to the medical staff office.• Responsible for committee finalization, including but not limited to: payments to the Medical facility andmailing and filing of approval letters/sheets and entering approval dates in the credentialing database.• Performs monthly queries, updates expired licenses, DEA’s and malpractice certifications for providersand office locations.
