About Cesar Cacuso

I have 10+ years of experience in diverse operations roles, including (1) leading the entire operations in an Amazon warehouse,(2) planning the cash logistics operations for the largest retail bank in Brazil, among others. I\'m passionate about leading and developing teams. Since my first people leadership role in 2011, I have led multiple teams, ranging from 5 to 1,500 direct and indirect reports. I have mentored several leaders and helped them progress in their careers. Finally, I enjoy solving problems. In my recent years at Amazon, I have worked on many initiatives and solved multiple problems. I have worked on several initiatives to improve warehouse associates experience. I have created new programs to improve customer experience. I have driven productivity improvements for warehouses through the use of data visualization tools. I look forward to continue to learn from and to develop those around me, while solving problems for organizations.
