By chance, I ended up leading Phase 1 of a 3-phase $160M+ global IT media project.Many had labelled it \'the impossible project\' because it was already in a state of catastrophic failure, with 9 major red indicators on the project’s RAG status.Following my improbable appointment, I did something that no business or project management methodology had taught me.
