ABOUT CERI STAFFORD

I am a senior commercial and dispute resolution solicitor helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes efficiently and commercially -and avoid them where possible. With experience both in-house and in private practice, I understand the realities of running a business and the importance of clear, pragmatic advice. I combine legal expertise with commercial awareness to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions. My work includes a broad range of commercial disputes, with particular experience in professional negligence matters, alongside disputes involving telecoms and technology, as well as many other commercial sectors. I act for both Claimants and Defendants, from pre-action through to trial, across matters ranging from small claims to complex High Court litigation.
